Q: How often do you recommend service?
A: For most residential customers with 1-2 dogs, weekly service provides the ideal balance of
yard cleanliness and value. Homes with multiple dogs or large breeds may benefit from
twice-weekly service, while smaller dogs or larger yards might be fine with bi-weekly visits.
Q: Do I need to be home during service?
A: No! Most of our customers are not home during our visits. Once you provide access
instructions, our technicians will handle everything. You'll receive a service confirmation after
each visit.
Q: What if it's raining or snowing?
A: We work in almost all weather conditions! Our technicians are equipped for rain, snow, and
mud. Only in cases of severe weather will service be rescheduled, and you'll be notified
promptly.
Q: How do you dispose of the waste?
A: All waste is double-bagged and disposed of according to local regulations. We never use
your personal trash bins unless specifically requested.
Q: Are your technicians insured?
A: Absolutely! The ScoopMeister is fully insured and bonded. Our technicians undergo
background checks and professional training before entering any client property.
Q: Do you service areas outside of Knoxville?
A: We currently serve Knoxville and surrounding communities within a 25-mile radius, including

A: Our satisfaction guarantee means if you find we've missed anything, we'll return to re-clean
